The VA system is complicated on purpose. Eligibility rules change, programs overlap, and the path from "I need help" to "here is the resource" is rarely clear. Pathfinder is a guided intake system that takes your situation — branch, discharge status, housing, disability, what you're dealing with — and routes you to the specific programs, offices, and contacts that apply.
It doesn't give legal or medical advice. It doesn't store your data on any server. It tells you where to go and who to call.

The system is honest about what it doesn't know. When local data for your area isn't confirmed, it says so. When a case is unusual, it flags it and tells you to verify with a VSO before acting. It will not route you toward a program you don't qualify for and call it complete.
National expansion is the goal. This is the pilot that gets it right first.
